You get to chose any state you want to advertise in, under one (1) business category, and in one (1) city for free. Note: Our business category list is selective. We don't have every business, product or service listed. Therefore, if you have a business, a product or a service that's not listed on our Select Business Category, let us know and we will add it to the list for you, with no problem. 2. Five (5) lines of space for your business address. You will get five (5) lines of space for the name of your business, your business address, phone numbers, web address and email address. Send us the name of your business, your business address (with zip code), phone number, web address and email address. 3. Four (4) lines of space to describe your business, product or service. You will get four (4) lines of space to describe your business, product or service. If you are not sure how to describe your business or service and you need help. Send us an email and tell us about your product or service and we'll do our best to help. Or, if you only have a website, email us your web address and we'll take a look at it to see if we can come up with a good description with you. 4. Photos (Optional). You can include a photo if you like. Photos will be put into a 1.5 by 1.5 frame, if possible. If not, we will do our best with what you send us. 5. Advertise only your Website. For those who only want to advertise their website. Email us your web address. Please write in the email to advertise your website only. We will list it on our Websites page. It will be there permanently until you tell us to remove it. 6. Small blog ads. We place small blogs on most of our main website pages. They are the ones you see on the right side of this page. 8. New Listing. We place your advertisement on our New Listing page for 30 days or more. The New Listing page allows the public to see the most recently listed businesses, products and services while at the same time providing you immediate advertising. 9. No outside advertisements to compete with. There are no Ads by Google, Yahoo, or any other outside advertisements on our website. We believe it would be unfair to place your ads in competition with outside ads. We want our visitors to stay within this website viewing the products and services you are providing. However, we have no problem with you having those ads on your own website while advertising with us. 10. Rules and Restrictions. a. Any Black American who wishes to expand their business, products or service through Free advertising can advertise on our site. b. No adult contents will be advertised on our website, directly or implied. c. We will not post any business, service, or website that is in direct conflict with our website content. 11. Agreement. If you agree to follow our rules and restrictions you may advertise on our website. However, we reserve the right to add or change any or all of our rules and restriction as we see fit, without notice. If we find a reason not to list you on our website after you have submitted your information, we will let you know promptly. 12. What you need to do to advertise on BlackAmericaLibrary.com. Send us an email: Send us an email with your business name, business address (with zip code), phone number, web address, email address, attach a photo if you have one and a brief description of the type of business, product or service you provide. A response is required: Once we have designed your advertisement, we will send you an email letting you know advertisment is ready for viewing. View your advertisment and if you want to make changes, make those changes on the email we sent to you and forward it back to us. It's that easy. Please include a contact number where we can reach you in case we need to discuss your advertisement further. All advertisements must be approved by you before we post them on our website. We will keep your response as a matter of record for legal purpose. Meaning, we're not advertising people on our website without their permission. We will not post your advertisement until we have heard back from you. If we have not heard from you after a reasonable amount of time, we will delete your ad and that would be the end of it. We promise we will not harass anyone to advertise on our website. 13. It takes between 5-10 days to post an ad. We work very hard to post your ad on our website as soon as possible, but please allow us between 5-10 days to post your ad.
