Do you
support Black
America? We put a statement on Our Mission page that said "
You will be surprised to know how many Black people in
business are right around the corner from where you live."
I
have found this statement to be even more true today than when I wrote
it. Over on the right hand side of this page is a list of businesses
and services I didn't know anything about before I started advertising
our website February 24,
2010.
Today, as
a Black
American, I am so
proud to know
those
businesses and services are there and available for me. I
hope
you feel the same.
Today,
May 13, 2010, we are asking you to get involved and share with us
and the public those Black Americans you support. The
people you support do not
have to own a business or service. It could be someone you know
who work as a
professional in sales, or someone you by products from, or have a
talents or skills you would like to share.
We have provided
a page
where you can list the names of the persons or businesses you support.
In order to list them, click on our Contact
Us
page. In the comment box on the contact us page, type in the
name of the person,
their
business or service or any information you have about
them, such
as, their business address, email address, phone number, etc.
When you send us their name and information, if they own a
business or service, you are helping them get free
advertisement for their business or service and hopefully help them
grow their business a little more. Or, you can pass this
information on to them and they can list their business or service for
free on this website.
Recommending people you support
is the same if you were telling a friend about the Black people
you know who have their own business or service.
Get
involved and pass this information on to the businesses and
services you deal with, your friends, family, and co-workers.
